Morrison Farm, established in 1946 by Dr. Fred W. Morrison, is located in Rockwell, North Carolina. The 948 acres farm is currently owned and operated by Dr. Morrison's daughter, Myra Neal Morrison.  Myra took over operation of the farm in 1965.  The farming operation consists of near equal amounts of corn, barley, soybean, and hay. The 350+ head of cattle utilize most of the crops.  The cattle consist of two independent breeds of cattle, Simmental and Brahman, as well as many F-1 hybrids. F-1 hybrid cattle are a cross of Simmental and Brahman cattle.
